Not for beginners,

I was hoping to use this book to repair and refinish some basic bedroom furniture we inherited (East Lake), but this book, from England, is not for the beginner. The title is misleading and has no real use for someone who is just looking for a guide to repairing and restoring furniture that one typically has. This book was designed for an advanced user in really antique furniture. I was very disappointed that I bought this book. - Michael Riley

I have this book and find it VERY useful for restoration. As it may no be for the absolute novice it is very accurate in the methods of restoration and is a valuable tool for anyone who does this work!
