From Library Journal
A London homeopath gives advice on home treatment of common ailments such as headaches, flu, and indigestion. She describes the history and principles of homeopathy, tells how to diagnose and prescribe as a professional would, and offers a descriptive materia medica and repertory of symptoms for both external and internal treatment. She also includes guidelines on which ailments can be safely treated at home and case histories. Castro's clear, well-organized manual is one of the most accessible general-audience references on the subject--less comprehensive than Andrew Lockie's Family Guide to Homeopathy ( LJ 7/91) but easier to use for the beginner. Recommended for public libraries.
