Book Description

The Complete Idiot's Guide April 1, 2003
American citizens enjoy the greatest array of freedom citizens of the world have ever known-but post 9/11, they may be threatened to the greatest degree in American history.

What are your rights and freedoms? In this age of terrorism, how far can the government go as it seeks to balance the desire for the free society against the need for national security?

Every aspect of life, from cradle to grave, is part of the delicate dance between what's best for the individual and what's best for the country. The Complete Idiot's Guide’ to Your Civil Liberties offers cutting-edge guidance on what you can do-and what you can't.

1.0 out of 5 stars Blows chunks on the Second Amendment, February 20, 2006
This review is from: Complete Idiot's Guide to Your Civil Liberties (The Complete Idiot's Guide) (Paperback)
350+ pages ... and devotes only two pages to the Second Amendment.

And then pushes the Victim Disarmament bigots' view that the word "people" means state, but only in this sentence in the entire constitution.

And then tries to justify this serious error by regurgitating Bradyite misinformation, as well as misquoting US vs. Miller.

Give this one a miss.
