This guide provides delicious recipes that are easy to follow and quite accessible.
Most of the recipes that I have tried have been quite good, and if you'd like to experiment with more exotic ingredients you'll love this book.
I would recommend it for anyone just looking for some good smoothie recipes and nothing to deep or informational.
