Should be named a comprehensive guide to organic living,
By
This review is from: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Organic Living (Paperback)
Instead of complete idiot's guide, this book should be titled "a comprehensive guide to organic living" or "guide to transform you from an idiot to an expert in organic living". It covers everything from the dangers lurking in conventionally grown food, cosmetics, cleaning supplies etc. to safe product and company names to around-the-world certification standards for food, clothing and cosmetics to recipes for organic food, cosmetics and cleaning supplies and even a list of sources to get organic fibre for making your own organic clothes. There's a wealth of information about online resources to get more info which is hard to search for ourselves and just that reason is enough to keep this book in your personal library. There's also a section on composting, organic lawn and garden care, organic furniture, you name it.
