For anyone interested in hypnosis and self hypnosis, this is quick and easy book to read in order to learn basic terminology used in hypnosis today as it relates to past life regression. I like the techniques discussed in this book (library regression is my favorite) and at the end there is a sample script on how to guide a person toward regression. There is also a quick read on progression (future life). What caught my attention is the explanation regarding "old souls". For anyone open minded to try different thing, this is really interesting guide on basis of PLR concepts. Have fun!

I do like this book, I wish they did not call them Idiot's Guides (smiling here), but I love the layout of the series. Ok, on to the book! Very well done, with enough information to help someone new to past life work "get going" and keep the interest of the more seasoned past lifer. The book covers virtually every aspect of past life work and gives an indepth overview to various methods of delving into past lives and more. I enjoyed it and would recommend this book HIGHLY.

Very easy to read. Informative and thought provoking.I believe this book to be suitable for both people who are familiar with the concept of reincarnation and past life regression and those who are just curious. I have read other texts on the subject and learnt a lot from this book with regards the varying everyday applications of the theory and the different research that has been done on the topic. Highly recommended.

I hate the name (makes me feel dumb) but I took a chance and it sure was easy to understand. I was amazed as to the little stuff I didn't know and now do. I loved this book and I am not a beginner in this work. It is a really good place to start if you are interrested in past lives or even know a lot about it. It covered so much and is so right on. It doesn't have religious stuff in it either, just makes so much sense.

This is the most complete and well written book all one needs to know about past life regression, reincarntion cause by karma, and how to heal the present life and maybe see the future life for one's spiritual quest or enlightment to be free of reincarnation cycle.

This book is not complete, there are other knowledge one might want to take in mind that of cosmic connections and spirit attachments. For what one may feel or believe to be a past life memory, may also be in fact memories of another, either living or non-living beings. Another good book that one may want to read is "Healing Lost Souls: Releasing Unwanted Spirits from Your Energy Body"
By William J. Baldwin.

I enjoyed this book very much. It took out all the extra babble that most books have. It gave you just the information you need. In the little bubbles it has handy little tidbits. I found it very helpful.

If you don't know what past life regression is this is a great book. It also has many exercises that you can do.

I think I have been looking for this book all my life. It is layman's terms, easy for we idiots to understand, and the explanations and practice advice are invaluable for self growth. I strongly encourage this great book

I wouldn't say this book is groundbreaking, but it contains fantastic amounts of general and background material helpful to reinforce one's own beliefs.
It might as well be able to help you to possibly rehearse explanations of various aspects of regressions to clients or possibly others who are interested in maybe undergoing regression work.

I have enjoyed the authors other book also and his playful nature, which is a great attribute for PL work.
