I have known Dr. Seabourne for approximately 40 years. I bought the book and read it from cover to cover. There are three aspects that make this publication outstanding. First, he explains how the mixture of mindset, technique, and diet provide a foundation for any exercise regime. Second, when specific exercises are presented, the flexing of your muscles and body positions are mentioned, which will provide maximum results. Third, the exercise techniques using office equipment such as a desk or chair, can end up substituting for bad snack decisions when taking a break.

I will be recommending this book personal fitness trainers. They should supply it to their students as part of their training regime.

I love this book. It is an easy read with solid, basic information and tools for workouts that anyone can do at home or at work. There are good tips on proper technique, nutrition and stretching.
This is a great book if you are just beginning to work out or are starting back up after a lay off. It's a terrific testimony to starting where you are right now with what've you got and getting results.
