Love this book....gives all the details for each career and industry, where and how to find a job, how to move to other career areas. Everything I need - salary, resume help, how to transfer my skills, where to look next and lots and lots of pointers. I didn't need to look at some of the sections that were not really relevant to me. He has a clear, easy writing style...I bought it after reading his other book on Working Less and Earning More. I feel like I have my own career coach in a book.

This book seems to be a collection of sound bites and info from many sources, but unfortunately offers only minimal useful information at best. After both my wife and I scanned the content it was returned, as we found little if anything useful for our children or ourselves. Somewhat out dated in some of its statistics as well... Most "Complete Idiot's Guide" books are useful, but this one is not up to the same caliber as the others...
