There are quite a variety of recipes in this book but nothing to extraordinary that you might not find it on the internet pretty quick. It does have some helpful tips on the order of how to blend and so on.

5.0 out of 5 stars Discussing many options from nondairy choices to dessert and low-carb smoothies, December 7, 2005
This review is from: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Smoothies (Mass Market Paperback)
Smoothie drinks look so easy to make and there are many options, so having a cookbook at hand which is devoted to smoothie drinks alone, discussing many options from nondairy choices to dessert and low-carb smoothies, makes it much easier to understand all the choices available. The combo creations, often using veggie/fruit blends, and the nondairy and low-carb recipes are particularly intriguing: Blackberry-Payaya, Raisin Bran Smoothie, and so many more.

Appears to cover how to make smoothies but I feel it could have had a wider selection of recipes and ingredients to use in them.
