In her syndicated food column, "Serving Up Midwest Memories," Shelly shared her passion for the foods she grew up eating in southeastern Ohio. She is the author of four cookbooks, including her latest, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Flour-Free Eating.
Heidi McIndoo, R.D., operates Apple a Day Nutrition, a company that provides a wide range of nutritional services from nutritional counseling and meal planning to nutrient analysis of recipes and menus. She served as National Media Spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association and has written health and nutrition articles for numerous publications.
