About the Author

Grace W. Weinstein is the author of eight books on personal finance, including The Lifetime of Money Management, Children and Money: A Parents Guide, and Men, Women & Money: New Roles, New Rules. A columnist for The Financial Times, she has served as editor-in-chief of a monthly newsletter, Money Matters: A Woman's Guide to Financial Well-Being and wrote "Your Money" column for Good Housekeeping for more than a decade. She has published scores of articles in Money, McCall's, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, Business Week, and Working Mother, appears frequently on raido and television, and is a regular commentator on Public Radio International's "Sound Money." She recently completed a three-year term on the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federation Reserve Board.

The world of investing is so complicated. Especially trying to figure out total return and whta makes sense on an after tax basis. This book does it all. It also gave me new idea's that I had not been aware of, such as Tax Credit investments.
