Great at matching skills to jobs
Dr. Figler does a great job in pointing out in easy-to-understand language how to discover your skills and match them with various positions. Serious Job Seekers
This book is not for those just out causally looking for work nor for those with limited skills. I found the book designed for those who hold advance degrees and lacking advance work search techniques.

The book is packed with really good infor, but I would've liked a few more examples (eg thank you letters and such.) Even lacking that it was still a big help.
