I started reading this book as a daily devotional it was so good. The book is comprehensive, real, and extremely well-written. Minirth and Meier are amazing intelectuals who have created an amazing piece of work. Highly recommended!

This is like a very detailed Psychology Encyclopedia in one volume. It has articles on just about everything that ails us mentally. It has great sections on addiction, etc. It also has ideas about how to overcome problems and what a diagnosis means.
