Compact, moisture-sensitive training device for bedwetters. Small plastic alarm box attaches to shoulder area of the bedwetters pajama or t-shirt with velcro attachment, close to the ear. Non-absorbent, anatomically designed sensor pad is worn over the genitals and held in place with a pair of snug fitting shorts or panties. Plastic box contains miniaturized electronic alarm and a 9V battery . Alarm box generates a highly alerting, warbling sound, assuring quicker response to the alarm by the bedwetter. Alarm box has built-in dual-volume control switch for high tone or low tone. Only alarm available with volume control switch. Unique moisture-sensing pad is activated by only 1 or 2 drops of urine. We purchased this direct from the manufacturer. It has a flexible sensor pad that you place inside your child's underwear. This is, even when new, unreliable as it shifts and is very uncomfortable for my son. After it gets wet, it must completely dry before it will work again. It must be rinsed and laid out to dry in the middle of the night or it will smell in the morning If you wait to clean it, it won't be dry by the time you need it again. After you've used it a bit, it gets crinkled (or there is the smallest amount of moisture left in it) and you have constant "false alarms" where every time my son moved it would squeak and squeal.

If this was in the $20 range, at least I would feel like I got what I paid for. I was so desparate for help for my son that I got what I could get quickest, assuming they're all basically the same. My son HATED this, it was a complete waste of money and I went out and spent another $100 on a Malem (which actually works).

This product stopped our son from bedwetting in about 2 weeks.

Our son is 8 years old. We tried rewards, medication,no drinking after 6pm, waking him up during the night and all these attempts failed.

Just be prepared to be waking up yourself, one time I had to wake up 3 times during the night to take him to the bathroom. We also used their suggestion of leaving a brighter light on in the hallway. Our son started sleeping through the night dry by the 8th night and has been out of goodnights and in regular underware for over a month now.

After a couple of nights of use the pad was all crinkled and wouldn't stay in place and was very uncomfortable. My son would move and it would send off a false alarm. For the amount of money you spend on this product you would think they would include more than just 2 sensors. One gets wet in the middle of the night you have to replace it with the second, hoping by the next evening the sensors are dry enough to use again. It has not stopped the bed wetting.
