About the Author

Craig A. Sinkinson, M.D., the author of over 250 medical articles and books, currently resides in Guatemala. He is the President of Mayan Medical Aid, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing health care to the poor Mayan Indians of Guatemala and Southern Mexico. He is also the Medical Director of the Clinic of Santa Cruz La Laguna, located at Lake Atitlan, where he has organized a premier Medical Spanish course.
