An awesome book, putting them all under one cover was a great idea. Now for the bad part.

Those of us who buy this book do so to assist us in repairing our vehicles. To be able to open the book and refer to the specific articles would have been a great idea. Instead the book is small, the pages are very tightly bound and print size is very small..

If I were printing this book I would make the following changes to its size and format to make it much more user friendly;

#1. Enlarge each page to a full 8.5 X 11 size which will in turn increase the size of the print.

#2. Put the entire book into a spiral wind format so we lay the book flat on the workbench or fender so we can see it.

#3. Laminate the cover and backpage to protect them from dirt and grease when we have the book opened up laying on whatever surface we have while working on our vehicles.

#4. Put page tabs for each chapter with the specific issue of that chapter on the tab for easy referrence.

I know these changes will no doubt have a significant impact on the price of the book but I for one and without a doubt many others like me will be more than happy to pay a premium price for the book when we know how easy it is to use it.

A must have if you own a WWII jeep. It is actually a compilation of all the technical manuals for the jeep. There are a few errors but thats typical of any military TM. Join G503 forum and double check before you start tearing things apart.

Very usefull for those who rebuild WWII jeeps. Reprint of early WWII manuals. Just a note: There are missing late modifications.
