My Favorite Pasta Cookbook,

This cookbook was a great purchase. There are so many recipes in there that I want to try and a few that I have tried already that were huge successes with my family. I like the different recipes for dry and fresh pasta and the information about the different dishes is fun and educational. It helped me to learn more about Italian cooking and develop even more of an appreciation for the culture.
The pictures in the book are beautiful and the instructions easy to follow. For anyone that enjoys pasta and wants to broaden their horizons on it's possibilities, this is an excellent cookbook. It is ranked up there with my favorite cookbooks which is a small and exclusive list.

This is a great cookbook with many good recipes. Great illustrations and easy to follow instructions. I would highly recommend it.
