THIS BOOK PORTRAYS THE REAL WORK LIFE OF THE WORKING CLASS AT THAT TIME. I THINK THIS SHOULD BE KNOWN BY EVERYONE IN AMERICA SO THEY CAN KNOW HOW WE USED TO TREAT YOUR PEOPLE. THE PICTURES ARE NOT THAT CLEAR BUT THEY STILL SHOW WHAT HAPPENED BACK IN THE 1800'S. THE BOOK IS A PERFECT COLLECTION OF RIIS' WORKS AND EVERYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN PHOTOGRAPHY.
