Had this book on my amazon wish list for many months, I actually came acrossed it at a book fair and had to buy it! Very thick book must have any canning recipe known. Recommend for those ready to do some serious canning ;)

although not at the beginning. The 400
recipes are diverse and representative
and are easily modified. Some excellent
color photography to stimulate your
creativity and appetite. This book and

literature I need for self-taught home
canning.
