Some of the first books published have a faulty Track #4 on the CD. The beginning lines of the Enochian Call were cut off by accident but you can download the entire corrected track #4 at the site below which will also post corrections and your comments for "The Lost Art of Enochian Magic"

Dr. John DeSalvo is director of the "Great Pyramid of Giza Research Association." His purpose in starting this association was to make available to the public general information and new research on the Great Pyramid and to post the work of pyramid researchers that may not have the opportunity to publish their work in the traditional academic journals.

He was featured in December in a "History Channel" special in the series called the "Nostradamous Effect." The episode was entitled "Doomesday Hieroglypyics.

A former college professor and administrator, his B.S. degree is in Physics and his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees are in Biophysics. He has taught the following subjects on the college level: Human Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry, General Biology, Human Gross Anatomy and Neurophysiology. His college administrative experience includes Cultural Affairs Director, Basic Science Department Head, and Dean of Student Affairs.

Dr. DeSalvo is co-author of the book "Human Anatomy - A Study Guide" with Dr. Stanley Stolpe, former Head of the Anatomy Department at the University of Illinois. His publications in scientific journals include research on the infrared system of rattle snakes ("Spatial Properties of Primary Infrared Neurons in Crotalidae"). He was also a recipient of Research Grants and Fellowships from the National Science Foundation (NSF), United States Public Health (USPH), and the National Institute of Health (NIH).

For over 20 years, Dr. DeSalvo was one of the scientists involved in studying the Shroud of Turin. Currently, he is Executive Vice-President of ASSIST (Association of Scientists and Scholars International for the Shroud of Turin), which is the largest and oldest research association in the world currently studying the Shroud of Turin. He was also a research consultant to the original STURP team (Shroud of Turin Research Project) and was the contributing science editor for the book "SINDON - A Layman's Guide to the Shroud of Turin." His Shroud research involved the image formation process of the man on the Shroud and studies using three-dimensional reconstruction, spectroscopic, and ultraviolet analysis. He has lectured nationwide on the Shroud and in 1980, the International Platform Association designated him as one of the top 30 speakers in the nation.

His book on the Great Pyramid and pyramid research, "Decoding the Pyramids" was published by Barnes and Noble in 2008. It is also available in French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Czech, and Estonian.

In December, 2008, his book, "The Seeress of Prevorst, Her Secret Language and Prophecies from the Spirit World," was published by Inner Traditions (Bear and Company).

Last year, his book, "Dead Sea Scrolls" was published by Barnes and Noble and is also available in German, French, Spanish, and Dutch. It is a beautiful full color, highly illustrated hardcover book.

His latest release is "The Lost Art of Enochian Magic" published by Inner Traditions. This will be followed up by the book "Decoding the Enochian Secrets", which will also be published by Inner Traditions in February, 2011.

5.0 out of 5 stars An actual encyclopedia of the pyramid research, March 2, 2004
This review is from: The Complete Pyramid Sourcebook (Paperback)
The book was written by a man who could gather in an international association most interesting and active researchers studying the Great Pyramid and strange effects associated with its shape. The book presents detailed stories about major artifacts revealed in the Great Pyramid and its surrounding, which have been scattered by various books, magazines, journals, private files, and the web. Dr. DeSalvo narrates interesting and intriguing stories occurred with members of The Great Pyramid of Giza Research Association, quotes paragraphs from rare books including the first book written about the Pyramid in 1646 and notations of ancient Arabian explorers. Very new results, theories, ideas, propositions, findings, and achievements are also available in the book. There are many unique pictures; there are schemes of researchers, which link the Pyramid to distant stars; there are explanations of how the Pyramid would function in the ancient time (Dunn's theory of the maser, Cadman's theory of water pump, and etc.). The book includes feature stories about the age of the Pyramid and time when it was built. The reader can read about unique research carried out by archeologist J. A. West and about the ancient autochthonous population of Egypt, Khemitians, and their knowledge, which leaked out due to the enthusiasm of archeologist S. Mehler. The reader will find also information on big Russian and Ukrainian pyramids constructed in the 1990s and the research conducted in them; a big pyramid in India constructed in 2002 for the meditation purpose. There is also description of studied performed in 2000s both in the Great Pyramid and its small models. Besides, this is the first book on the pyramid, which accounts for the pyramid power in terms of modern physics. Then you will find an enthralling story about the search for secret chambers in the Great Pyramid. And also about water shafts, water channels, resonance frequencies, precise measurements, experiments on the deviation of gamma-rays, and so on. Anyone will find information that he/she has been looking for a long time. There are a lot of references and web links.

In fact, DeSalvo's composition is a phenomenon in a long line of extensive books about the Great Pyramid and related topics. Undoubtedly, you will enjoy reading The Compete Pyramid Sourcebook.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Compendium, July 15, 2004
By
Stephen S. Mehler (Boulder, CO United States) - See all my reviews
Dr. John DeSalvo has provided a valuable service to all interested in the latest alternative research concerning the Great Pyramid. Instead of having to read dozens of different books and articles, Dr. DeSalvo provides excerpts of many works to provide the reader an overview of the latest information in this field.

Dr. DeSalvo also provides some insight to the never before published work of Russian and Ukrainian researchers into pyramid effects. As Director of The Great Pyramid of Research Asociation, John DeSalvo has given the opportunity to many independant researchers to get some of their work in print and seen by many people--this is a wonderful service.

This book should be on everyone's bookshelf who is interested in the work of many great researchers into the Great Pyramid--right alongside Peter Tompkins.

2.0 out of 5 stars Ok., June 25, 2004
Having been an affectionado of pyramidology for years, I have read a lot of publications and books on the subject. This book is a rehash of older books and a few new pictures and teaser paragraphs from work done in the 90's in the USSR. Statements are made with no documentation or references. Like the entire ninth chapter on russian research and their pyramids. Except for announcing that the russians had built non-gizah style pyramids of fibreglass, (but in the spirit of the golden-section or in ratios) maybe we should wait for their book since this book does not have enough detail to follow or construct or replicate their work. It is a money thing I am sure since we are told that the somebody spent one million dollars to construct their pyramid(s)?
Go to the web site,gizapyramid.com, see the pictures read the short description and save your money, that's about all that is new in this book except being a compendium of others works and the authors comments on their previous works.
The first one hundred pages are old history and the last 70 pages are reprints from an old english text. Since this was the current be all book, wonder why it didn''t include the large commercial structure in Minnesota, the multiple pyramids in Tennessee, the winery that mellows their wines in their pyramid in BC, Canada, or others? I bought my copy used for $11, which is about right.
