I am a great advocate of Glen Harolds hypnosis CD's and own most of them. I find his voice very calming (he has an English accent but this should not be an issue for anyone). He does an excellent job in this CD.

I enjoy all of Glenn Harrold cds that I have purchased and this is no different. His voice is most soothing, helping you to reach a true meditative state of relaxation.

Glenn Harold's recording is effective. The music/recording methods generally help the hypnotic process, but sometimes the sound effects are a little overdone and can be distracting.
