Try the tomato soup = if you use a stick blender you don't have to peel the tomatoes.

This is so much more than a cookbook. It's more of a soup textbook. I have had my copy since 1984 and have used it endlessly. I literally learned 95% of the soup making methods I use from this one book. There is no other book like it. It has been so valuable to me that this year for Christmas I searched out used 1984 editions to get all of my three children. If I had to leave my home quickly and could only grab two cookbooks, they would be an all-around cookbook, and this soup cookbook.
