Rec'd this item faster that expected, it's in great condition especially for it's age, and the content is easy to read, follow and covers a large scope of seeds.

Great "Real Health" Cook Book,

This book instructs you on living well and eating well. Eating LIVING foods as apposed to the dormant, not nearly as nutritious food we do eat today. Love the recipes we have tried and will keep sprouting with this book!
