I purchased this book for a friend who is diabetic, when quests who were visiting were diabetic, I borrowed my gift back. I purchased three of this book for gifts. What a surprize, the meals were wonderful. Everything I made tasted great, easy to prepare and presentation wonderful. I suggest this book for anyone who has diabetic or not.

I purchased this cookbook about 2 years ago and have made a number of recipes just to see if perhaps it was "the cook", and not the book that just couldn't "fill the order" so to speak. The only good thing about this cookbook is that it is spiral bound so it keeps a nice shape. The recipes are very bland and almost every one takes longer to cook than what the receipe states. The recipes seemed easy enough; however, there are no pictures so you just hope that the final product looks like what the book intended. I also note the price I initially paid was around $19.95-it's less than that now and I certainly know why-don't waste your money on this one. I can't even give it away!
