A perfectly done cd!!!, December 18, 2003

This cd is not complete, but it does have the majority of Rosemary Clooney's vocals with the Tony Pastor Orchestra. This is an exellent cd, it features a wide variety of big band material, including solos vocals by Rosemary and duo vocals by the sisters, and vocals by Tony Pastor harmonizing with the clooney Sisters. This cd is essential for Rosemary Clooney fans, for it finds the young singer in prime form, sounding very sensious! Pastor's vocals are deep rooted in the Louis Armstrong tradition of Italians who want to sound like Satchmo(included in this genere are Louis Prima & Nat Gonella). This cd features a great big band and plenty of fun vocals. An interesting vocal on San too!

Exactly as I expected. I brought me back in the years l950 and the CD is an exact reproduction of our Long-playing Columbia Records at the time.
