Poor Technical Reports,

These reports are so poor! Reports are not worth buying and reading.

There appears to be a world of information on the disks, which makes it all the more frustrating dealing with such a poorly conceived search system. I am sure it would rate much higher if I could get to what I am looking for.

It's just a big PDF file, if you have the time to read through all of that your a better man than I.
