As any Fondette (A follower of Jane Fonda Aerobics) or fitness enthusiast will tell you, one of the hardest things is to maintain your fitness program whilst on the move. Now, thanks to Jane Fonda's Complete Workout CD, you can just bring your CD diskman where ever you go and play! What is so great about this workout? Jane has taken her most popular workout (to this day it is still popular) and modified it for using in different than normal places (small spaces) It comes with a poster so you can follow along. You can still burn alot of pounds with this, just like the visual verson. A must! |
