The Complete Low Fat Cooking book is not only beautiful on the outside - but inside as well. I discovered how to eat healthy without giving up taste. I finally have a guide the gives me honest answers to enjoying food without all the fat we are used to having in meals! It's big in size, and surprisingly, that made it easier to deal with.
