This book really covers it all
Wow, this book really covers it all. Many real estate books focus on the acquisition process and then leave you on your own. This one helps you learn how to choose the right rental properties, screen and choose good tenants, and perform investment analysis. Infomercial that you have to pay for
Too bad the site that the authors keep referencing to for more details does not exist anymore. Essentially the book is the infomercial that you have to pay for. Look for Leigh Robinson's "Landlording", Mike Butler and Jeffrey Taylor for no-nonsense educational material.

Wow, this book really covers it all. Many real estate books focus on the acquisition process and then leave you on your own. This one helps you learn how to choose the right rental properties, screen and choose good tenants, and perform investment analysis. I believe that the best way to manage your properties is to first attract the best tenants. I thought this book did a good job in this aspect. Rental agreements, leases, and other forms are going to save you a lot of time and are alone worth more than the price of this book. I would also recommend the author's other book, The [...]m: Ultimate Real Estate Investing Handbook.
