The cost of this book will be well recouped by the student needing peer reviewed articles from accepted academic journals. The top thinkers in the field are all represented and organized in a manner that is easy to navigate. This book will become a permanent part of my reference library. It is already full of notes, other references, and highlights.

If you are a fan of Russ Marion and Mary Uhl-Bien's thinking about the connection between complexity and leadership theory, this collection of articles is for you.
