Our Composite Rib Corrugated Rubber offers added traction with added and finer grooves and more protrusions, ribs and ridges. The surface pattern (which combines the Fine Rib and the Wide Rib) is more prone to scraping action and offers added grip for applications with heavy foot traffic. The extra ribbed corrugations offer more dirt and moisture trapping qualities. For transient events (e.g. catered parties), this runner product can be held in place with Orcon DS-PS, a double sided carpet tape. The DS-PS, which is applied to the edges and entryways, is an excellent and assertive means to hold the runner down. The textured fabric finish on the subsurface of the rubber matting adds extra grip in temporary uses where adhesive or tape is not being used. The resilient rubber surface resists common liquids and most common commercial or household-cleaning agents can clean the runner. The runner can also be hosed or mopped in outdoor applications.
