Over a hundred different joint locks are demonstrated, close up and in slow motion, and you will be twisting your friends' wrists, fingers and arms the same day you watch the video. A must-have for every martial arts library: Dr. Yang in his prime twisting students up into pretzels effortlessly. Great for anyone interrested in barehand combat especially.
