5.0 out of 5 stars My Favorite Good Riddance CD
This CD avoids the destiny of most punk albums where one punk album sounds alot like, well, the next punk album - especially on labels like Fat Wreck Chords or Epitaph. I used to have a punk rock show at the local university radio station so I've heard a fair amount of this music and this CD is one of my all time favorites. Chances are if you've seen a snowboarding,...

2.0 out of 5 stars it sounds too much like strung out
In this cd it seems like good riddance want to sound more like strung out, then have there own sound. But songs like come dancing, a credit to his gender, and steps are awesome songs. Then there follow up cd to this ones is the best.

Chances are if you've seen a snowboarding, motocross or skate video, you're already familiar with most of the tracks from this album. And if you need more evidence, the guys at the local HMV and independent music store can't keep this one in stock. It's that punkalicious.

5.0 out of 5 stars the BEST cd I own, October 23, 2001
This review is from: Comprehensive Guide to Moderne Rebellion (Audio CD)
Before i got this cd i had high expectations and when i did get it, it was way better than i could ever have imagined.
This album has a lot of emotion to it with songs like favorite son and this is the light. There are only 3 pretty good songs and the rest are more than excellent.
Because of this CD (and For God and Country, and Ballads...) Good Riddance is my all time favorite Band.
I highly recommend to get this one otherwise you'll miss out a whole lot.

5.0 out of 5 stars What can I say? It's Good Riddance!, October 17, 1999

Fantastic album. Last Believer is one of, if not, the best song ever written. The cd starts and ends before you know it because all the songs are great. Buy this and all of GR's cds. See them live. You have never seen so much energy on stage until you see Good Riddance live. 5 Star CD.

Good Riddance back in it's prime. Great songs and unreal octives. Their newer albums don't hold a torch to this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Damn good cd, February 12, 2000

This cd following in the tradition of For God And Country, has incredibly powerful tunes, lead by Last Believer, probably my favirote song ever made,If you want a cd with great melodic punk and a splash of hardcore in it, this is what you want, this is probably the best G.R cd around, maybe For God And Country is better..but not by much, this band is what punk is all about, no band packs more energy.

4.0 out of 5 stars Woah!, May 29, 2007
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Comprehensive Guide to Moderne Rebellion (Audio CD)
Just started listening too them like a week ago. They're pretty good.I rejected them for a long time with out even listening too them.I tend to do that a lot.I've been trying to stay true with original punk.Like Minor Threat,Dead Kennedys, bad Brains,Circle jerks, crass,The Exploited,ect...

But I'm trying to be more open minded. But anyways. This album was ok but I liked "Bound by ties of blood and affection" better.

4.0 out of 5 stars One of my all time favorite punk albums, May 13, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Comprehensive Guide to Moderne Rebellion (Audio CD)
Incredible intensity right from the beginning with "Weight of the world", fast, hard, and catchy, it's got it all. The entire album is amazing, but the best song on the album has got to be "Last Believer".

5.0 out of 5 stars This CD is the best of all Good Riddance Albums, May 13, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Comprehensive Guide to Moderne Rebellion (Audio CD)
This cd, in my opinion is the best Good Riddance cd to come out. You should bye all of there cds, they are all great, although ballads from the revolution did put a little dent in their reputation, I still liked it and I like every release yet

In my mind it is equal, if not better than Ballads of the Revolution. Every song is good, and this is a CD that you will listen to for a long time. My favorite songs are: Token Idiot, Credit to His Gender, and Come Dancing.
