This item is balky and unprofessional. The disk cannot be backed up. If you try to copy a file it halts Microsoft word and you have to use task manager to exit. It gives no additional instructions for its excentricities and no warnings as part of the software. Have gotten a second disk with the same results. $500 and not functional.
