This book is OK, as long as you know what you're getting. If you are looking for a reference book that covers sociological and anthropological theories of culture, then it is probably a good choice. I wouldn't recommend reading it page by page, because it is too dense and there is a lot of trivia.

If you are a classroom teacher or are training to be a classroom teacher, it is probably not for you. Most of the information doesn't relate to teaching in any direct way. The case studies aren't worth reading, because they don't provide any real insights. The tables are reasonably well organized and provide a useful breakdown of the material.

The book came on time, five days or so cause i didn't check my mail box and the book is in fair condition.

After I purchased this book, it appeared to be an instructor's manual. Be careful when you purchase this edition.

Book is great considering it is a used purchase. Text is very in depth but contains a lot of good information.

My order came three days before the expected arrival date! It was in perfect condition and matched exactly what the seller described!!

I needed this book for a class. I actually don't care too much for the book, but it got here quickly and in great condition.
