I have been taking the After Baby Boost products since the 2 months before my son was born 5 years ago. Everyone said to me then"you look so rested" and "you look great!" over and over again. At my first check up to remove my c-section stitches, the doctor told me how I surprised everyone with my quick recovery. Within 2 weeks of his birth I had returned to my pre-pregnancy weight and both baby and I were sleeping 6-7 hour stretches. PPD was never an issue. ABB helped me feel so good that I continued taking it until last spring when I became pregnant again and switched to BEFORE BABY BOOST. I was able to manage insomnia, nausea, and constipation with BBB much easier than the first time I was pregnant when the BBB prenatal system was not yet available. As soon as my second son was born (just 2 months ago) I switched back to ABB postnatal system and feel as great as ever! I am relaxed, rested and again back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I feel great and have the BEFORE BABY BOOST and AFTER BABY BOOST products to thank for it!

I was hesitant to purchase these because of the price, but after using them for several months I am convinced these are better than the rest. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I have never had the medicine or fish burp that has occurred with others in the past. I appreciate the thought and care put into the system, for example, separating the calcium and iron and using ingredients that are more easily absorbed. Well worth the money in my opinion!

I received these early and decided to get a 2 week head start on taking them. It is quite a few pills throughout the day so I wanted to see if I could get into the routine of taking them. Some days are hard to remember but for the most part I take them with my meals so it works out. After the first week of taking these pills, I felt more rested and could easily awake out of bed in the morning. By week 2, I was sleeping better in my last 2 weeks of pregnancy than the entire pregnancy in itself. I began taking the pills at 38.5 weeks and I am now 3 days overdue. I can't get over how good the sleeping has been. These are expensive and as a result don't have too many fillers. It is going to be costly over the next year, but these vitamins so outweigh having to take any sort of prescription medication for PPD. I wanted to avoid that as best I could. I also have 3 children under 5.5 so getting up in the morning is never an easy task. These pills are like magic. : )
