Product was received in new condition as described. Shipment was received on time. Very happy with the service I have received. This product has key inside to a very helpful website. Highly recommended for anyone preparing to take their RRT exam.

The book was exactly as described and wanted. Wrapped and new with new code. I'm running out of words to say, because it is just a paperback book. It is just what I needed for school.

This book was recommended to us instead of taking the Kettering Seminar. I got both and I think that the Kettering books were more helpful. The questions on the online practice sessions are good but if you are looking to do reading and reviewing, I think that it's too much. The wording and the organization isnt the best.

This book was awesome to review Respiratory before I took my boards. I used this book and Kettering to pass my CRT and RRT exams. This book gives great study tips/hints for the tests in little boxes throughout the chapter, and also gives practice questions. In the older version there is a cd with practice questions and sims with explanations that helped me. In the newer edition, there is a website to go on for practice, instead of the cd. I had the original book, my husband had the newer version last year.

This book takes a long time to read/go through if you are being thorough, but it is worth it so you are not retaking the tests several times - I passed all my tests the first time I took them. Good practice questions too.

If you want to pass the test, would definitely recommend this book.

I purchased the Kindle edition on 8/7/11, hoping to save a tree, and at that time the Kindle edition did NOT have the online access information, as the listing stated it would. Amazon says that they are fixing the edition and it is not currently (8/24/11) available as a Kindle edition, but when I asked for amazon to fix the item as I had bought it in good faith, my only option was to return the Kindle version and buy the more expensive paper copy, and then wait for it to get to me. I am NOT happy about that as it was their error, so why should I have to spend an additional $30 over the Kindle purchase price at the time I bought it.

When the Kindle edition becomes available again, be very careful.

I have no issues with the materials in the book, but it was also very hard to read on a regular Kindle. Thankfully I have an iPad that it's easy to read on. All of the charts were not displaying correctly and many of the materials were designed in color, to make it easier to view. These faults make this hard to read on a black and white Kindle.

I know-caveat emptor, but really, Amazon! A software company would replace a defective item at their expense. You claim to be better than a box store, especially on your televised Kindle ads.
