I bought this book for an assignment regarding design of single-electronic devices. You can find most if not all material covered in this book in different journals and conference papers. However I would still recommend buying this book is you are starting to work on single-electron devices or if you want to know about it more. The book is quite accesible for somebody who already took undergraduate level physics.
