I am thrilled with this computer. Unbelievable for the price I paid.

And though the specs don't mention it, mine came with a lightscribe capable drive, when I thought I was getting only a DVD-RW. It has a floppy drive, too, which the specs don't mention. The keyboard and mouse were genuine Dell. The keyboard even has media player controls. Can't say anything about the speakers, as my monitor has integrated speakers and I haven't connected the included ones. They are basic powered generic speakers.

The only thing I could possibly have wanted that it doesn't have is a modem, but I knew that before I ordered it.

The shipping was fast, the packing excellent, and there were only a few small scuffs on the case, but since it is sitting on the floor under the desk, that is totally insignificant. What matters is how this system works, which is amazingly.

I would recommend a system from this vendor to anyone!

I ordered this using my credit card, took them 5 days to work out correctly billing it, then posted the item as ordered several times. It finally arrived, after canceling their multiple orders myself, and the case was clean and without damage. I spent an entire morning trying to get it hooked up and running. It turned on, pretty bright screen, popped up a CPU failure and turned black. Total running time less than 5 minutes. It never came back, no matter what was done. The thing NEVER WORKED. When recrating it I found old spider webs filling the case fins on top. It took them several days to respond to my return request, and 10 days after they got it back I got a partial refund. Yes, I got to pay the shipping to me and back to them for an item that NEVER WORKED. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I'm out over $70.00 for this piece of trash.

1) Can't update outdated drivers because they are generic Intel drivers and the intel site can't update them.
2) Sound card went Kapoot and doesn't work,
3) also the DXDIAG says there isn't a sound card detected. There is one, it was working at first.
4) Cooling fan doesn't work. Hasn't since Sept 2009 when I ordered it.
5) Because the drivers are outdated, the computer auto reboots itself when I try to play games on it.
