4.0 out of 5 stars A good introduction, October 28, 2002
By
This review is from: Computer Telephony Demystified (Misc. Supplies)
A good introduction, very comprehensive, maybe too theroretical. The author fully describes the model of CTI, and then presents exemples of real world implementation. I think it's a good book for consulting, and less interesting for people trying to build CTI solution.
