This text, now in its third edition, presents all common methods of computer/automated graphical construction most helpful to the engineering student, draftsperson or designer, describing, in easy-to-understand terms, a wide range of hardware platforms that will run a single set of software options from the Autodesk Corporation.
Daniel L. Ryan is Professor Emeritus, Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina. He received his BA degree and MA degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his PhD from Pacific University Online (formerly PWU). In his teaching career, he published sixteen hardback books, seven paperback books, fifty-seven journal articles and numerous reports. He has been a frequent invited lecturer in the United States, England, Ireland and China. His books have been translated into Russian, Polish and Chinese. Dr. Ryan is also a member of the Tau Alpha Pi national honor society.
He is an avid reader and student of American history. He has traveled to forty-eight countries on four continents. This is his first attempt at a history based series of novels set in the middle of the nineteenth Century. His first attempts as a fiction writer were published by AuthorHouse as Calm before the Storm, Death Before Dishonor and Lull After the Storm.
