NO CD
I purchased this book and it was suppose to have a CD, but there was no CD and I had to order a CD from McGraw-Hill for $33.90.

Many pages were missing from this textbook...the description lead me to believe that there was writing in the book which was acceptable, but there was no mention of missing pages. I'll think twice before ordering from this seller again.

Overall, I am satisfied. It would have been awesome if the USB flash memory drive had at least 500MB capacity instead of 126MB only.
