I bought this product as a little pampering gift for myself. I sometimes have shoulder and back pain due to the stress I encounter at work every day. On those extra stressful days I can come home & use my massage cushion which has a heat setting that helps relax my muscles. The vibrating feel of the cushion can also be set to different levels. I sometimes use the high setting for my lower back and the lower setting for my shoulders. It really makes a difference in how my body feels afterwards. This is not like a kneading cushion but it does stimulate the muscles with heat and pressure to help them relax into their natural state. I would recommend this product to anyone who has stiffness or tightness in their lower back or shoulders.

This is a replacement for another model which I returned for credit, because it was a gift for my husband who has some back problems. The homemedics had wooden rollers which he did not like. He does like the conair which has heat and gentle vibrating massage. He seems satisfied with this one.

This neck massager was a gift for my boyfriend who has a constant sore neck and this heat massager had helped him quite a lot. He uses it everyday and has felt improvement in how he feels. Great product, I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from a stiff or sore neck.

This product has helped me immensley. I would wish for it to be a little smaller to fit a womans neck. Otherwise I am satisfied with it.

my wife suffers from neck pain and found this to be of great relief. It was to cheap not to try and it actually works.

It works well. Assumed it would have a car adapter as most have. It does not. Also the motors are placed closer together than other models so they aren't quite where I need them if I need to use them all. Well padded and easy to use. In that way better than others.

its just ok cause the heat part of it don't work very well but the vibration part works good.... so if your looking for a heating pad this is not the one to buy.

I like it, but it's not as good as i thought it would be. It definately works to relieve back pain and tension but the vibraions aren't in the right places. It needs something in the middle between your lower and upper back. I still like this product, it helps me relax after a long day at work and i will probably look for another one similar to this, but not the same model.

I bought this as a gift for my 83 year old Mom. She has been very happy with it..... and she is hard to please ! I think the only things she mentioned that she might have liked better, would be a larger elastic to go around the chair, and maybe if the seat cushion itself were a bit wider. Overall though, she is very satisfied.
