Pleased by the price of this phone I bought three for three rooms. This turned out to be handy for comparing them: each failed, for the most part in identical ways. All had poor audio performance. My callers could hear only part of a sentence, and their voices were constantly going in and out of audibility. The speakerphone worked on one of the phones but not the other two. Caller ID was fine on all three. On balance I would say this is a terrible phone. For a few dollars more you can buy a perfectly adequate phone and save yourself a lot of aggravation.
