The iron is OK when you have no way to use a standard size - it sure beats no iron at all - be sure and use it on steam - has to have heat all the way on high to be of any use - i bought it to take on the cruise ship because all my summer clothes are cotton and wrinkle - travels well in luggage - nice looking product - nice long cord

Conair DPP300 Palm Press Iron

We bought this about a month ago. We just used it on our trip to Italy. It is a little heavy for traveling (if you have to worry about weight restrictions in your luggage), but works just as good as a full-sized iron. We really like the way that it fits perfectly in your hand; gives you real control during the ironing process.

This is a small but handy iron for travel or to use with my ironing blanket on my cutting table for a quick press as I sew. It has steam which is a real plus, and gets hot enough to do the job.

I TOOK THIS IRON ON A TRIP I TOOK RECENTLY. IT WAS JUST LIKE HAVING MY LARGER STEAM IRON WITH ME. THIS ONE WORKED GREAT!! IT TOOK UP VERY LITTLE SPACE IN THE LUGGAGE AS WELL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS IRON.

This is a great little iron with the steam of a big one! It has made me very happy for a few years now, and I would buy it again! The squeeze buttons on the sides shoot steam like crazy, and the wrinkles don't stand a chance! Great for quilting and trips and everyday!

I ordered two of the Conair DPP300 Pam Press irons as pictured on the web site, but when my order came it was nothing like what I ordered. When I called customer service concerning my order, they told me that that particular item had been discontinued, yet it was still on the web site the day that I called them!!!
Yesterday I got an e-mail telling me that the refund had been placed back on my Visa card, but it was for the wrong amount. My total that should have been refunded was for 2 irons at $24.79 (each) equals $49.58, plus shipping and handling $10.49 for a total of $60.49. The e-mail told me that a total of $39.09 for the irons and $10.91 for shipping and handling were credited back to my card. NOT the correct amount!! I still would like to hear form the company Promax Supply to make sure this matter has been handled.The item that I am reviewing is a great product and it is even pictured on this review, but it is no longer available.

I ordered the Conair iron. That's not what I received from the shipper. When I tried to contact the shipper, I discovered that their website was just a blank page. When I called their toll-free number, I was on hold for 16 minutes before a recording came on and said, "Our offices are now closed." Now I'm stuck with a product I didn't order and can't return. What a terrible experience.

This iron definitely will be a help in my travels. It is small and it does not weight very much so it. This was received in condition as stated-Brand New.
