This steamer kicks butt. It is great! The hold button is awesome - Water heats up quickly - cord retract - sturdy wheels - what more can be said. It almost makes steaming a pleasure.

This garment steamer performs well at a great price. It heats quickly, fills easily, supports a garment, and disassemblies easily. When battery-charged, it emits ions to control static and its foot peddle "rests" it when changing garments (holds water longer). I steamed 20 tablecloths in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to iron them! Delicate items look wonderful!

Has a feature where you can stop the steam and restart it. Great if you don't want to steam up your house! Haven't used the "ionic" feature, just haven't gotten around to putting batteries in it. Telescoping hanger is handy. Steamer is cute-looking, too; sort of like a little robot. Heating water to the point of evaporation ain't exactly rocket science, but as steamers go, this one does a superb job!

I recently opened a Consignment Shop and use the Conair GS20 every day! It has saved me a lot of time that I would have spent ironing and with the lint remover attachment I can remove the lint as I'm steaming saving me even more time. I've never owned a steamer before but I am definitely now a big fan.

This will enable you to throw your old fashioned iron away forever!
This steamer is fabulous. It heats quickly and the bells and whistles on the machine are great and impressive. Just buy it, now!

I like the product and it's features. Plenty steam to get the wrinkles out. The only dislike is the garment stand is too short for my height (5'11)and the water containter does not hold a lot of water. The empty water container often appears to be full, but it's often empty due to my excessive usage.

First thing it's very easy to assemble, I did it by myself. Works very well with almost all fabrics, very easy to use, you just have to be careful with the steam generator until you get use to. The water tank capacity is very reasonable so you don't have to refill it constantly, the foot pedal also helps a lots so you can pause the steam while you are hanging your clothe.
The only thing I would change is the pole, it is a little bit short for me but I manage when I am steaming pants or other long garment.
Since I bought it, my clothe pile to iron has gone down considerably and I am wearing clothes I haven't wore in a while.

Can't say enough great things about this product. Bought it in hopes of lightening the ironing load and it definitely has. What use to take 5-10 minutes on the ironing board now is done in about 2 minutes tops! It does not give you the crease on a dress shirt, but will definitely give you a pressed look, not to mention taking out stubborn creases on dress sweaters. Highly recommended!!

The steamer heats up quickly, but the ionizer eats batteries like they're chocolates. It does not seem to heat up enough to get bad wrinkles out, but the portable steamer that I received with it seems to work well enough to get minor wrinkles out and is great for travelling. Overall a good product, just don't throw out your ironing board.

I will say this steam cleaner is a bit more bulky than i would've liked for my really small apt., it's been a problem, but if space isn't an issue for you, it's great. I will never go back to an iron and board! One tip, i've always gotten better results steaming from the inside of the garment. I have burned myself, though temporarily, a few times until i got the hang of it, so be careful, as the steam is no joke! Some types of materials do steam better than others, but the same goes for ironing to. It also comes with a travel steam cleaner which i havent used yet, and a lint attachment, but i can't live without a lint roller, so i don't use the attachment. You shouldnt be disappointed. I think it was a good purchase. And it's ready in about 30 seconds after turning on.
