This review is from: Conair Lwd500cs Curvations Infiniti Ladies' Shaver (Health and Beauty)
I researched this at countless websites, looking for reviews. Boy, I should have listened to those reviews. This is a horrible product. I followed the instructions to the T, but it never got every hair on my legs. In fact, I got ingrown hairs. As a result, I tried waxing- now THAT was worth it. Also, the battery did not last as long as they claimed it would. I guess my expectations were too high. Since it was opened, Amazon would not let me return it for a full refund, so I contacted Conair-and they let me exchange it for another conair product. Great customer service, horrible product.

There were instructions in this razor saying to give it a few weeks for your skin to adjust to it, but I never once got a close shave with this. It left a lot of stubble, plus longer hairs. I also got scraped up quite often by the "pop-up" blade, which is in between the two foils and sticks up higher than the foils so there is no avoiding it as you shave. I experimented with using different pressure and angles, but often got scrapes and my skin was always raw after using it. I got several ingrown hairs on my bikini line and, while I am prone to them with regular razors, have never had that happen with an electric razor before this one. I basically gave up on using it after about a month, and would occasionally try it again in the hopes it would magically start working. The battery stopped charging after a few months, even with such little use. Don't waste your money.

This shaver works ok; it doesn't hold a charge for very long, and it is very slow going, so it's definitely not a substitute for good ole razors. It is nice that it works wet or dry, so it's good for a quick fix if you decide to wear a sleeveless top at the last minute. You do have to be careful because the pop-up trimmer can nick you even when it's not popped up - the angle of the shaver has to be just right on your skin or you'll end up with razor burn anyway!

The three times that I used the shaver it did a decent job. Then it would not charge completely and would allow me to get maybe half a leg before it would run out of battery.
