I have a baby with some reflux issues, so I do a lot of laundry. This does a good job of getting things clean even without pre-treating, more than I can say for most laundry detergents. Occasionally I have a stain that doesn't come out in the first wash so I throw it the in dirty laundry pile again. Even after drying, the stains come out after the second wash. And the clean baby scent lingers even after drying.

This is a great detergent for baby clothes and items. I started using this, because Dreft does not make an HE detergent and Dreft strongly recommended that I not use their product in my front load washing machine.
Also, this was the best price I could find for the Method detergent since I could not find it in stores in my area.

Yes it does have a "lullaby" scent which we LOVE!! If you have allergies or are sensitive to scent you may not way to buy an entire case. However, we love it so much my husband and I now wash our clothes in it too. Its a great delicate formula that you can use on anything from baby clothes to lingere.

i had concern about the product is not perfume free before i purchase it. other reviews are either hate it or love it based around the smell. Once i used it, I fell into the "love" category. the smell is heavenly. it's very light, and went away after couple of hours of usage. but whenever i get new cloths out of drawers, i can't stop but smell them first.

I love this stuff- after two months with my daughter's laundry smelling like the lullaby scent, I just catch a whiff and it smells like her and I love it. Before she was born it was the smell that made me think that I made the right choice instead of using Dreft or Woolite. She has sensitive skin like me (we both break out with fabric softener) and this soap is gentle enough for her. I bought this from Amazon because my Target stopped carrying it- it's a good value though it seems like a lot for a small bottle. I went through one bottle in about 2 months, so it has lasted a long time- and I do a lot of baby laundry.

The product shown is not the product you will receive! You will receive the new Method Squeaky Clean in the rice milk marshmellow scent! I am in the process of returning product to sender. I also did not receive this order from Green Cupboard but from DrugStore.com - if I had known that I would not have purchased because I knew DrugStore did not have my product in stock. Hopefully the return process will go smoothly.

I am a huge fan of this baby detergent, honestly, mostly for the great smell. It smelled to me like a baby should smell. It also is tough on stains and doesn't wear out my baby's clothes. So why in the world did Method stop making it? What is the method to this madness? Another "why in the world question" is the price of a case on Amazon???? Serves me right for not buying a case sooner, but $20 a bottle. Be real!

i still love the soap but wish they could find a way to fix the messy cap.

After buying tons and tons of detergents, softeners, creams, lotions, potions and medicines for my son (who has chronic, daily, severe eczema) and am at the point where I don't even bother to read ingredients anymore! I have always steered clear of know allergens like perfume, mineral oils and everything else in between and have always bought the things that are supposed to be allergy free or "hypo-allergenic". NOTHING WORKED! Till this! On a whim, I bought a Method Baby Basket at Babies-R-Us and this was included. Complete thought process exhaustion made me use this just to see what would happen. I was amazed! This has been the ONLY detergent that has not caused a rash or worsening of his current eczema. His skin is smooth and baby soft. The scent is lovely - very mild and fresh. It rinses super clean (I always test a detergent by running the cap under the filling water. If it stays soapy for 6/7 cap fulls it will irritate.) This rinses completely clean by 2 rinses! I really think that is the key to keeping the skin happy. I will buy this from now on whatever the cost! And, it leaves everything soft enough to not need a softener, whether a dryer sheet or liquid. Even organic softeners can leave an irritant on the skin. Just try it once. I am really glad I did.

Has a nice, clean scent. I have been buying this for about 2 years, the price has gone up dramatically, and it seems the last order is not as concentrated and doesn't quite get the clothes as clean as I would like. I won't be ordering again, it's too expensive now.
