Concentration (1920),
By Dr. Greg (CA, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Concentration (Paperback)
This little book of 84 pages is worth its weight in gold! Annie outdoes herself in probing thoughts regarding the human mind and how to cultivate more of its depth through focused and purposeful concentration. There are practical exercises throughout: something to sink your teeth into, and then derive complete benefit. Chapter titles: The Nature of Concentration, Power of Repose, Self-Control, Concentration in the Daily Life, Concentration through Devotion, Peace and Bliss. This book was republished by a friend of the author, Eleanor Mel, with the hope that it would prove just as helpful today as the day it was written by her beloved teacher, Annie Rix Militz.
