I purchased this text for a health and fitness class I took in college. The books shocked me on how much I enjoyed reading it. It presents the material in an easy to read/easy to understand format. Normally I sell my books back after my course are over, but since this one offers a lot of great information in regards to health and fitness I kept it and continue to refer to it! If you're interseted in health, nutrition, and or fitness, this book is great for you!
